Initiating your leasing journey with MTR is straightforward: simply submit your inquiry through our contact form. Once we receive your interest, we’ll guide you to identify a location or shop that aligns seamlessly with your business goals.
Once you've identified an interested space, you'll be invited to submit a detailed proposal outlining your intended use, design concept, rental indication and other relevant details. We'll then review the proposal in line with our standards and expectations and present it for internal approval by MTR.
If the proposal is approved, the final stages shall involve formalizing our agreement with contract signing and the submission of the required deposit and documentation. With these steps completed, we'll guide you through fit-out submission process and shop handover, marking the beginning of your venture at the MTR station.
